In case you were not aware, consuming alcohol can effect things like your HCL (Hydrochloric Acid), enzyme, and probiotic levels. Your stomach already makes HCL on it’s own but it gets depleted when imbibing, stress, and aging just to name a few. Probiotics (good bacteria) needs to be fed Prebiotics in order to keep levels high enough to ward off the bad bacteria that can come into your system in a lot of different ways. Enzymes cannot exist without proper levels of pre/probiotics and HCL. For 3-7 days after imbibing, Take 4 oz water kefir, 4 oz Aloe Vera juice, HCL, Enzymes, Probiotic, & Milk Thistle , 12 oz raw coconut water, and well rounded meals with a cup or two of Bone Broth DAILY to bring your gut back into balance.
